New site format
Automated disclaimer: This post was written more than 15 years ago and I may not have looked at it since.
Older posts may not align with who I am today and how I would think or write, and may have been written in reaction to a cultural context that no longer applies. Some of my high school or college posts are just embarrassing. However, I have left them public because I believe in keeping old web pages alive—and it's interesting to see how I've changed.
I'm changing the structure of my site again. In any case, here's a roadmap of the changes:
- I've created a new blog which replaces the old main page.
- This new blog subsumes all of my other blogs.
- Over the next few months I will be moving posts and comments over to the new one, preserving timestamps and names.
- I will remove all of the pretty formatting.
- I will rearrange the page structure, removing modules where I deem necessary.
- I will put in brand-new formatting.
It'll be a long process, but I think it will be worth it.
